To reserve your spot for the Retreat, please make a $500.00 U.S. deposit by check / PayPal / Visa/ MasterCard.

The deposit is non-refundable.

 

When you register to reserve your place on the Retreat, you may either pay in full or pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment, I will send you a receipt and invoice for the balance, if any.

 

Full payment is due September 13th, 2017; unless otherwise noted.

 

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit, except when the retreat is canceled because it does not meet the trip participant minimum. Then your deposit is refunded in full.

Trip cancellation insurance is always highly recommended whenever making travel plans. 

 

Any cancellation made between September 13th, 2017 and September 18th, 2017 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

Any cancellation made between September 19th and November 3rd, 2017 will result in a total loss of funds.

 

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts in the event of late arrival, early departure, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your Retreat participation after September 13th, 2017 for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply.

To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel from the Retreat to: healyourcore@gmail.com.

 

If I cancel the Retreat due to too few participants, I will refund to you all deposit and payments you have paid; less credit card /Pay Pal/ Bank processing fees. I cannot, however, compensate you for air or travel costs incurred.

Please note not to book and confirm any non-refundable flights and hotels before the Retreat is confirmed by and after September 13th, 2017.

 

In the unlikely event that I, Mari Schurian, must cancel the Retreat due to illness, an accident, weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, I cannot guarantee a refund - it will be dependent on receiving a refund from the venue.  Remember this is a calculated risk you take, so cover the risks. I recommend, once again that you purchase travel insurance.

I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), but I have costs already incurred when reserving and planning the Retreat. I have designed the cancellation policy to be as simple and compassionate as possible in the event that your plans change. To protect yourself further, I encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
